There is nothing wrong with you. You are normal. In fact, you are just fine. You haven’t failed diets – diets have failed you. But we have a chance to fix it!

How Is It Different To Other Programs? ↓

There’s no diets, detoxes or 30-day challenges here. I’m guessing you’ve done those types of things in the past and, well, they haven’t quite worked out.

Developing the mindset, goals, values and systems for lasting change can feel a bit odd. It’s so different to what you’re used to. However “insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results”.

Our program has an 12-week minimum subscription term. It’s the optimal time for our coaches to guide you, and for you to start seeing and feeling incredible, sustainable results.

What Are The Meal Plans Like? ↓

Here at RTH we know that everybody is different and a one-size-fits-all approach to health just isn’t realistic, or sustainable. Our coaches create every client meal plan based on their individual preferences, dietary requirements and health goals which can include fat loss, weight maintenance or muscle gain

We believe the meal plans will SAVE you time. No thinking about recipes, what to cook, counting calories or writing shopping lists. It’s done for you. 

Can I Swap Meals Around? I'm So Bad At Following Rigid Plans! ↓

Yes! We will be able to teach you how to do this easily. This isn’t a rigid/strict plan, RTH is all about having flexibility. 

What Are The Benefits Of Meal Planning? ↓

  • Great way to teach you how to cook and prepare more healthy meals and snacks, and you are more likely to stick with your weight loss goals.
  • All the grocery shopping is done in one day, so you are prepped for the rest of the week.
  • You don’t have to scramble for dinner (or breakfast or lunch) ideas.
  • You always know what you will be cooking for dinner, taking out the “What’s for dinner?” question.
  • You can save money since you won’t have to go to the grocery store each day (or every couple of days).
  • Meal planning can save you time. Time spent driving to the store and shopping add up if you don’t go shopping all in one day.
  • They’re also super flexible – you can look at what you’ve got on for the week and adjust your plan accordingly.
  • It allows you to eat foods you actually enjoy, but also to be proactive in making choices that are going to nourish and fuel your body.

I Always Have Social Events Pop Up. Will This Be Ok? ↓

Yes! We’re so passionate about this. You can have the option of leaving some blank spaces in your plan for these times, and we will educate you about how to make the best choices.

We encourage everyone to enjoy themselves as we believe in an 80/20 approach – 80% nutritious foods and 20% treats.

The way you lose weight should be the way you keep it off, so we try to make our plans reflective of normal life.

Why Are We Focusing So Much On Mindset? ↓

90% of weight loss is psychology. Losing weight isn’t the challenge, maintaining the weight loss is the challenge. Psychological changes are key to counteract deeply ingrained, lifelong habits and unwanted eating patterns like overeating, binge eating, obsessive calorie counting, night eating etc.  

We will teach you the importance of calories and macronutrients for your body’s needs, however it’s important to note that weight loss is not all about the numbers – it’s intrinsically connected to our psychology, our emotions, and our beliefs.

What Are The Outcomes From The Program? ↓

The big result we’re working towards is changing the way our clients eat, train and feel long-term; to introduce them to a new, sustainable, and healthy lifestyle. 

While it’s great to have a weight goal, the number on the scale doesn’t always reflect progress. A number of factors impact scale weight – especially for females! This makes other data points, such as body measurements and progress photos, important reference points when gauging progress over time. 

The better your adherence, the better chance you’re going to give your body at losing the most weight – so the key to success is time and adherence!

Depending on where you are starting in your health journey, and your adherence to your program, you may lose anywhere between 500g to 1kg per week.

Yes, your whole family will love your RTH meals, they’re delicious!

Are the meal plans budget-friendly? ↓

A number of variables may affect the budget of your custom meal plan, however, everything can be purchased from your local grocer (no specialty stores), so will be similar to your regular grocery shop.

You can also choose to repeat meals to make your customised plan more budget friendly. 

I am so fussy do you cater to this? ↓

Of course. Your meal plan is specifically customised to your likes and dislikes.
