What changes have you noticed in your body, health, mindset etc?

  • I have lost 18kg in 2 years. But it goes beyond that. I now love my body and all its curves and marks. I eat what i want and i don’t feel guilty about it at all. I exercise for enjoyment and gaining strength rather than purely for weight loss

How have you benefited from the RTH program?

Despite my weight loss being my main goal I can also see improvements in my energy levels each day. This by far makes it easier to get through the day at work and then take myself to the gym after.

Have you removed the diet/binge cycle, lost weight, improved your mindset, improved your health, found a balanced healthy lifestyle etc. after taking the RTH program?

  • Absolutely! Prior to the RTH program, i would binge eat, eat the wrong foods, feel horrible and be unable to control myself around chocolate (my guilty pleasure). Now, if i want to eat chocolate every day I will! I exercise to make myself and my future stronger, instead of focusing on the number on the scale. If i skip a workout, who cares!
  • I am still a work in progress, good things take time and as I want this not as a quick fix but a life long change I am putting in the work for as long as it takes.
  • Before completing RTH I was over excessively eating and not choosing food options best suited to my body. Now that I have completed 12 weeks of RTH I have lost 10kg and found a more balanced lifestyle in all aspects of healthy living. I can’t wait to continue using all the mindset and activities that I have learnt over this experience.

I have found a balanced healthy lifestlye as I can still go out with friends and family and enjoy a meal or a drink and now I will easily be beack on the plan the next day. Fitness and energy wise I have felt a massive improvement. It’s not so hard to get up and moving anymore! 
  • Yes. I have stuck to the plan that Rachel gave me for about 90% of the time, there were moments when I was out and just wanted to eat with my friends and family. I didn’t feel bad about it and I just grew to understand that I don’t need to eat ‘diet’ foods or less food to help me lose weight. I can eat a lot more and still lose weight and feel good.
  • Yes. I can control my cravings, stick to portion sizes and make healthy choices when out.
  • The diet cycle that I thought was dieting was eating salad every meal with some protein and skipping meals when I thought I’d eaten too much throughout the day. I can now say that I will never return to this diet cycle when I know that I can eat delicious meals like tacos and pasta and still be healthy/calorie conscious! My mindset as mentioned before has drastically improved which my friends have commented on how confident I am now in public and how I carry myself has completely changed. My mindset with food has completely changed going from thinking that all foods are sweet foods or high calorie foods which are “bad” but I am now aware that with self control you can eat all foods in moderation and that if you rid yourself of these foods there is more chance that you’ll binge more when you do allow yourself to eat them. I can’t wait to continue this lifestyle with my partner and continue to make good choices so we remain active, healthy and happy for now and also the future for when we have children.

  • YES! Rachel has changed my life. I have never before been this happy or confident. What began as a mission to look fabulous in a bridesmaids dress has resulted in me changing my life and being healthy both now and in the future.

What hesitations did you have about signing up for RTH?

  • Price and whether it would work.
  • At first I thought I had to be in the same location as Rachel but when I found out I could do it online it was a no brainer to sign up.
  • Initially I was hesitant that I wouldn’t reach my goals or lose any weight.
  • None, I knew I needed a change I had to try something and with Rach it was made affordable.
  • Whether the service is worth the money – it was well worth it. 
  • The thought of joining another diet and the fear of it not working again.
