I’m a wife, dog mum, and qualified Nutritionist & Personal Trainer. With seven years of running my own business, I’ve helped hundreds of busy professionals resolve problematic symptoms, reach their health goals, and regain their passion for healthy living.
I call myself a ‘holistic’ coach because I don’t fit within the traditional fields of nutrition and exercise – I believe there’s more to health than just “eat less and exercise more.” We can use the power of food as medicine to live a healthy, thriving life.
