Chocolate Mousse

Servings 4 serves
- 100 g 70% dark chocolate melted
- 2 heaped tsp cocoa powder
- 2 heaped tsp pure maple syrup
- Pinch of salt
- 300 g block of silken tofu
Simply blend dark chocolate, cocoa powder, maple syrup, salt and tofu in a blender. Cool in fridge to thicken. Serve with fruit of choice. Enjoy!

- Dark chocolate with a short ingredient list featuring cocoa mass, cocoa butter and a small amount of sugar.
- Unsweetened cocoa powder made from 100% cocoa, without added sugars or flavourings.

- Silken tofu made primarily from soybeans, water and a coagulant, with minimal additional ingredients.
