Chicken Nuggets
Homemade chicken nuggets using just simple pantry staples + chicken mince. Your kids will love!

Ingredients
500
g
chicken mince
½
cup
breadcrumbs
1
egg
½
tsp
garlic
½
tsp
paprika
Pinch
of salt
Extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C fan-forced) and line a baking tray with baking paper.
In a large bowl, combine the chicken mince, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, paprika and salt.
Using slightly damp hands or a tablespoon, shape the mixture into nugget-sized pieces and place them on the prepared tray.
Brush or drizzle the nuggets with olive oil.
Bake for 10-15 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and cooked through.
Serve with your family's favourite sides, such as chips, corn & broccolini.
