Chicken Nuggets

Homemade chicken nuggets using just simple pantry staples + chicken mince. Your kids will love!

Ingredients

  • 500 g chicken mince
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • ½ tsp garlic
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Pinch of salt
  • Extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C fan-forced) and line a baking tray with baking paper.
  • In a large bowl, combine the chicken mince, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, paprika and salt.
  • Using slightly damp hands or a tablespoon, shape the mixture into nugget-sized pieces and place them on the prepared tray.
  • Brush or drizzle the nuggets with olive oil.
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and cooked through.
  • Serve with your family's favourite sides, such as chips, corn & broccolini.
