Ingredients

  • For the Bowls:
  • 500 g lean beef mince
  • 1 onion diced
  • 1 tsp garlic crushed
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 600 –800 g baby potatoes halved
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 2 tomatoes diced
  • ½ cup sliced pickles
  • 40 g grated cheese
  • Homemade Burger Sauce:
  • ½ cup plain Greek yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp pickle juice

Instructions

  • Toss the halved baby potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Air fry at 200°C for 18–20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  • Meanwhile, heat a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook the diced onion for 2–3 minutes until softened.
  • Add the beef mince and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon. Stir in the garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper, and cook for another minute until fragrant.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the Greek yoghurt, tomato sauce, Dijon mustard, pickle juice, and paprika until smooth.
  • Divide the crispy potatoes between four serving bowls.
  • Top with the seasoned beef, shredded lettuce, diced tomato, grated cheese, and sliced pickles.
  • Drizzle generously with the homemade burger sauce and serve immediately. Enjoy!
