- 1½ tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1½ tsp Dijon mustard
- 1½ tsp Worcestershire sauce

UPF-Friendly Swaps
To keep this recipe closer to minimally processed foods, choose:
- Plain Greek yoghurt made with just milk and live cultures.
- Dijon mustard with a simple ingredient list, ideally containing mustard seeds, vinegar, water and salt.
- Worcestershire sauce with minimal additives and no artificial flavours or colours.
- Fresh garlic rather than garlic powder or pre-minced garlic containing preservatives.
- Parmesan cheese made from traditional ingredients such as milk, cultures, salt and rennet.
- Freshly squeezed lemon juice instead of bottled lemon juice with added preservatives.
Always check ingredient labels, as brands vary.
