Ingredients
1large ripe bananamashed
½cupnatural peanut butter
1cupalmond meal
¼cupflaxseed meal
1teaspooncinnamon
⅓cupdark chocolate chips
Pinchof salt
1teaspoonvanilla extract
1tablespoonmaple syrup
Instructions
Mash the banana in a bowl.
Stir in the peanut butter until well combined.
Mix through the almond meal, flaxseed meal and cinnamon.
Add the vanilla, maple syrup and salt, and mix well.
Fold in the dark chocolate chips.
Chill the mixture for 20–30 minutes if needed, then roll into 12–14 balls.
Store in the fridge for up to 1 week or freeze for longer storage.
