wholemeal or sourdough bread

avocado
mashed

eggs

chilli oil
Instructions
Heat a non-stick fry pan over medium-high heat. Add chilli oil and fry eggs in the oil until cooked to your liking.
Meanwhile, toast bread and top with mashed avocado. Serve with chilli eggs. Enjoy!
