Avocado & Chilli Eggs

A bold and satisfying breakfast featuring velvety avocado topped with perfectly cooked eggs and a fiery chilli kick.

Ingredients

  • 2 slices wholemeal or sourdough bread
  • 1/2 avocado mashed
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2-1 tsp chilli oil

Instructions

  • Heat a non-stick fry pan over medium-high heat. Add chilli oil and fry eggs in the oil until cooked to your liking.
  • Meanwhile, toast bread and top with mashed avocado. Serve with chilli eggs. Enjoy!
