Anzac Biscuits
These UPF-free Anzac biscuits tick every box!

- Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup self-raising flour
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- 125 g butter
- 2 tbsp pure honey
- 2 tbsp boiling water
- Pinch of salt
Preheat oven to 160°C fan (or 180°C conventional).
Mix dry ingredients.
Melt butter + honey.
Combine, add boiling water, mix well.
Roll, flatten.
Bake 10–15 mins (depending if you like them chewy or crunchy!).

- Traditional rolled oats rather than flavoured or instant oat sachets.
- Unsweetened shredded coconut with no added sugars or preservatives.
- Butter made from cream and salt only.
