- 500 g potato gnocchi
- 500 g lean beef mince
- 500 g bolognese sauce
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 40 g parmesan cheese
Cook the gnocchi according to the packet directions. Drain and set aside.
Meanwhile, heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the beef mince and cook until browned and cooked through.
Add the bolognese sauce and dried basil. Stir well and heat through.
Serve the gnocchi topped with the beef mince and bolognese sauce.
Sprinkle with parmesan and enjoy!
