5 Ingredient Gnocchi

Ingredients

  • 500 g potato gnocchi
  • 500 g lean beef mince
  • 500 g bolognese sauce
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 40 g parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Cook the gnocchi according to the packet directions. Drain and set aside.
  • Meanwhile, heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the beef mince and cook until browned and cooked through.
  • Add the bolognese sauce and dried basil. Stir well and heat through.
  • Serve the gnocchi topped with the beef mince and bolognese sauce.
  • Sprinkle with parmesan and enjoy!
