Yes, some diets can make you feel better than others or may actually be healthier for you, but at the end of the day..
Weight loss = a calorie deficit.
That’s it.
There’s no magical foods, super foods, or special foods that automatically cause weight loss.
Sure, you can lose weight on any diet, but how are you going to feel?
If you don’t feel good through the process and once you reach your healthy weight, what’s the point?
Chances are you won’t stick with it long term.
Make it easier for yourself! If you know you have to be in a calorie deficit, why not do it with the least effort as possible?
