Do we really know what we “should” be eating to be healthy?
It’s become so confusing these days – one week it seems carbs are good, then they are bad again. It’s hard to keep up.
My advice? Don’t bother.
There’ll always be a new, exotic, overpriced superfood.
There’s no diet that is perfect for everybody.
Anybody who tries to pretend there is only one, magical way and tries to sell this to you – run the other way!
What’s healthy for me may not feel right for you.
The most important part is that we feel comfortable and free around food. That we can enjoy pasta nights with friends or enjoy a birthday cake at a party.
