Scrambled eggs & chilli oil
Chilli oil on scrambled eggs is a breakfast worth getting up for.
THE RECIPE

- Total cooking time: 5-10 minutes
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbs milk
- 10g nuttelex
- 5g chilli oil
- 1 slice wholemeal bread (For gluten-free use gluten-free bead)
Method –
- In a small bowl, whisk the eggs and milk together.
- Heat Nuttelex in a fry pan over low-medium heat. Add the eggs to the pan and toast the bread in a toaster. Leave the eggs for about 1 minute, then stir to scramble them.
- Top the toast with scrambled eggs and chili oil. Enjoy!
