If you’re trying to eat dates during pregnancy but don’t love the idea of eating them on their own, this smoothie is for you.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 6 dates pitted and soaked
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup Greek yoghurt

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
