Peanut Satay
A simple, wholesome meal prep recipe – just mix, cover, and bake!

Ingredients
- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 200g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 200g green beans, cut
- 400g chicken, diced
- 2 packs peanut satay sauce (Spice Tailor)
Method –
- Divide the rice, carrot, cherry tomatoes, green beans, chicken, and peanut satay sauce evenly between 4 glass bowls. Stir well, then add 1/4 cup of water to each bowl.
- Cover each bowl with foil and bake in the oven for 40–50 minutes, or until cooked through. Enjoy!
