When eating out or grabbing food on the go, choose healthier options such as wholegrain sushi rolls, salads, wraps/sandwiches with lean protein and vegetables.
4. Keep healthy snacks on hand
Keep healthy snacks such as nuts, fruit, or veggies with hummus at your desk or in your bag so that you have healthy options when you’re on the go.
5. Stay hydrated
Carry a water bottle with you throughout the day and aim to drink at least eight glasses of water a day.
