If I had ZERO time to hit the gym and wanted to lose weight, here’s what I would do.
First, I would grab my Recipe Book (it’s free) here.
Then, I would make sure I had all of these things taken care of:
- Focus on wholesome, nutrient-rich foods that keep you feeling full and energised throughout the day. Eg. Fruits, veggies, whole grains, lean proteins and dairy.
- Sneak in activity whenever and wherever you can. Take the stairs, go for a brisk walk during your lunch break, or dance around while doing household chores!
- Prioritise sleep! Aim for those 7-9 hours of blissful rest each night to keep hunger hormones in check and your metabolism firing on all cylinders.
- High stress levels can sabotage your weight loss efforts faster than you can say “burpee.” Incorporate relaxation techniques like deep breathing, meditation, or yoga to keep stress in check and cravings at bay.
- Seek out expert guidance to create a personalised meal plan that fits my busy lifestyle and weight loss goals like a glove.
