How To Adopt A Healthy Mindset
As we head into 2023, many of us are thinking about our health and fitness goals. While it’s important to focus on exercise and nutrition, it’s equally important to have a positive mindset around these areas.

2. Practice self-compassion: Instead of beating yourself up over a missed workout or indulgent meal, practice self-compassion. Remember that it’s normal to slip up and that one indulgent meal or missed workout won’t derail your progress. Be kind to yourself and get back on track as soon as possible.
3. Find joy in movement: Instead of thinking of exercise as a chore, find joy in movement. Try different types of workouts until you find something you enjoy. Exercise doesn’t have to be a punishment; it can be a fun and rewarding way to take care of your body.
4. Nourish your body: Instead of thinking of healthy eating as a punishment, focus on nourishing your body with nutritious foods. Think about how the vitamins, minerals, and nutrients in your food are helping your body thrive and function at its best.
