Homemade Flatbread
You can make the most delicious flatbread using only 2-ingredients. The perfect addition to any meal!
THE RECIPE
Serves: 4
- Total preparation time: 7 minutes
- Total cooking time: 4 minutes
Ingredients
- 1 cup greek yoghurt
- 1.5 cups self-raising flour

Method –
- In a bowl, mix flour and yoghurt until a dough forms.
- Knead on a floured surface for 3–5 minutes until smooth.
- Divide into 4 balls, roll each out into a flat disc.
- Cook on a dry, non-stick fry pan over medium heat for 1–2 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Enjoy!
