Garlic Chicken Wrap

THE RECIPE

- Total preparation time: 10 minutes
- Total cooking time: 35 minutes
Ingredients
- 100g low carb potatoes, cut into chips
- 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- 100g chicken breast, sliced
- 1/2 tsp Portuguese chicken seasoning
- 1 Souvlaki bread
- 15g lettuce, shredded
- 15g tomato, diced
- 10g red onion, diced
- 15g capsicum, diced
- 15g garlic aioli
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Place potato chips on a baking tray lined with baking paper and drizzle with 1/2 tsp of oil. Mix well to coat evenly. Bake in the oven for about 30-40 minutes or until golden brown.
- Heat 1/2 tsp of oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. In a small bowl, combine the chicken with the seasoning. Once the oil is hot, cook the chicken for about 5-7 minutes or until cooked through.
- Heat the Souvlaki bread according to the packet directions. Fill the wrap with lettuce, tomato, red onion, capsicum, cooked chicken, potato chips, and garlic aioli. Enjoy!
