Egg & Cream Cheese Wrap
Healthy egg wrap parcels with cream cheese and sun-dried tomatoes.

Ingredients –
- 1 high protein and fibre wrap
- 2 large eggs
- 20g cream cheese
- 5g spinach, chopped
- 1/2 spring onion, sliced
- 10g sun dried tomatoes, drained from oil

Method –
- Heat a large non-stick fry pan over low-medium heat. Scramble the egg with salt and pepper.
- Place the cream cheese into the centre of the wrap, then the egg, sun-dried tomatoes, spring onion, and spinach. Fold into a parcel and spray with a little oil. Air fry for 5 minutes at 200c until crisp and golden or simply toast in a frying pan. Enjoy!
