Crispy Cauliflower Bites
Crispy cauliflower bites with zesty garlic aioli – A perfect guilt-free snack!

Ingredients
- 1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 Tbs extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 Tbs grated parmesan
- Aioli:
- 1/4 cup greek yoghurt
- 1/2 Tbs apple cider vinegar
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp sriracha
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/2 Tbsp olive oil

Method –
- Preheat oven or air fryer to 190°C. In a large bowl, toss cauliflower with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated. Add breadcrumbs and Parmesan. Toss until coated.
- Spread evenly on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake for 15–18 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in a small combine combine all of the aioli ingredients. Season.
- Serve cauliflower bites warm with aioli. Enjoy!
