Cajun Lamb Pizza
This pizza is packed full of flavour! A perfect quick and easy Sunday night meal.
THE RECIPE

Ingredients
- 80g pumpkin, diced
- 1 wholegrain wrap
- 25g tomato paste
- 100g lamb steak, sliced
- 1 tsp cajun seasoning
- 35g feta, crumbled
- 20g red onion, sliced
- 1/2 Tbs greek yoghurt
- Rocket, to serve
Method
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees celcius. Roast pumpkin on baking tray lined with baking paper for 15 mins.
- Meanwhile, coat lamb in cajun seasoning and in a small fry pan, fry for 2-3 mins or until just browned.
- Place wrap on a pizza tray, and top with tomato paste, red onion, feta, pumpkin, and lamb.
- Lower oven heat to 180 degrees celcius and cook pizza in oven for 10-15 mins.
- Then top pizza with yoghurt and rocket. Enjoy!!
