Breakfast Burrito
Say hello to your new favourite breakfast burrito – packed with eggs, avocado & all the good stuff.

Ingredients
- 1 wholegrain wrap
- 2 eggs + 1 Tbs milk
- 40g avocado, mashed
- 1/4 tomato, diced
- 15g red onion, diced
- Coriander, to serve
- 10g light shredded cheese
- 1 Tbs tomato relish
Method –
- In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Heat a small frying pan over medium-high heat and scramble the eggs.
- Top the wrap with avocado, tomato, red onion, coriander, scrambled eggs, cheese, and tomato relish. Brown in an air fryer or frying pan for 5 minutes. Enjoy!
