Beef & Bacon Burger
Ultimate beef & bacon burger – a mouthwatering classic!
THE RECIPE

- Total Cooking Time: 15-20 minutes
Ingredients –
- 4 extra lean burger patties (Use vegetarian patties for vegetarian)
- 4 slices shortcut bacon (Use plant-based bacon or omit for vegetarian)
- 4 brioche burger buns (Use gluten-free, dairy-free buns for gluten and dairy free)
- 40g baby spinach
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 40g red onion, sliced
- 40g light shredded cheese (Use dairy-free cheese for dairy free)
- 4 Tbs tomato sauce (Ensure gluten-free and dairy-free)
Method –
- Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook burger patties according to packet directions. In the last 5 minutes of cooking time, add bacon to the pan and cook until browned and crispy.
- Toast burger buns in a toaster if desired, and top with spinach, tomato, red onion, cheese, bacon, beef patty, and tomato sauce. Enjoy!
