BBQ Cajun Beef Wrap
These wraps are a quick, flavourful meal packed with lean protein and fresh ingredients. Perfect for a satisfying lunch or dinner that’s both wholesome and delicious!

Ingredients
- 4 wholegrain wraps
- 500g extra lean diced beef
- 2 tsp cajun seasoning
- 60g lettuce, shredded
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 80g avocado, diced
- 40g light shredded cheese
- 80g light sour cream
- 2 Tbs barbecue sauce

Method –
- In a bowl, combine the beef and Cajun seasoning. Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook the beef for 5–7 minutes, or until cooked through. Remove from heat.
- Top each wrap with lettuce, tomato, avocado, beef mixture, cheese, sour cream, and barbecue sauce. Enjoy!
