Bang Bang Chicken Bowl
Delicious Bang Bang Chicken Bowl with Fresh Veggies.
THE RECIPE

- Preparation Time: 15 minutes
- Cooking Time: 8-10 minutes
Ingredients
- 500g chicken breast, diced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 200g lettuce, shredded
- 400g cooked rice
- 160g cucumber, sliced
- 100g red onion, finely diced
- 2 spring onions, sliced
- 80g avocado, sliced
- Sesame seeds, to serve
- Sauce:
- 100g light sweet chilli sauce
- 2 tsp sriracha mayo
- 4 Tbs light mayonnaise
- 2 Tbs light soy sauce (For gluten-free substitute for tamari)
Method –
- Mix the sauce ingredients together in a small bowl, then combine half of it with the chicken. Add the paprika and mix well.
- Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for about 8-10 minutes.
- In a serving bowl, add the lettuce, rice, cucumber, red onion, spring onion, avocado, and chicken. Top with the remaining sauce and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
