Banana & Maple Oats
These breakfast oats are delightful and guaranteed to keep you satisfied all morning!

Ingredients
- 40g rolled oats
- 1 cup milk (For dairy-free use plant-based milk)
- 100g banana, sliced
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon spice
- 1 Tbs maple syrup, sugar-free
Method –
- Combine oats, milk, 50g of banana, and 1/4 tsp of cinnamon in a small saucepan over medium-high heat.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low-medium and continually stir for about 2-3 minutes, or until the oatmeal is thickened and cooked to your liking.
- Remove from heat and top with the remaining 50g of banana, 1/4 tsp of cinnamon, and maple syrup. Enjoy!
