Apple Cinnamon Baked Oatmeal
A wholesome, fuss-free breakfast to kickstart your day! Perfect for meal prep too.

- Total cooking time: 40 minutes
Ingredients –
- 3 medium apples, chopped into bite-sized pieces (Pink lady is my fave!)Â
- 1 cup rolled oats
- ½ cup almonds, choppedÂ
- 2.5 Tbsp maple syrup sugar-free
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 Âź cups milkÂ
- ½ cup water
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp Nuttelex
- 100g vanilla yoghurt
Method –
- Preheat your oven to 180°C. In a medium bowl, toss the chopped apples with ½ tsp of cinnamon. To the same bowl, add the oats, almonds, maple syrup, and the remaining cinnamon.
- Mix in the milk, water, and a pinch of salt. Stir until well combined.
- Divide the oatmeal mixture between two large square glass containers or four smaller square glass containers. Dollop with Nuttelex. Cover with alfoil and bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the liquid has evaporated.
- Serve with yoghurt. Enjoy! (Can be kept in the fridge in a sealed container for up to 4-5 days.)
