Honestly? I started RTH back in the days of the Royal Wedding in 2018 because I couldn’t stand seeing busy professionals struggle with generic, one-size-fits-all weight loss plans. I saw talented individuals overwhelmed by cookie-cutter approaches that didn’t align with their unique needs or schedules.
